The battle for the hearts and minds of Motorola shareholders continued Friday with another open letter from the company explaining why Carl Icahn shouldn't be elected to its board. In Friday's letter to shareholders, Schaumburg, Ill.-based Motorola questioned the quality of corporate governance at two companies chaired by Icahn.
