ROCHESTER, N.Y. A Monroe County Sheriff's deputy was convicted today of felony eavesdropping and misdemeanor official misconduct. Acting state Supreme Court Justice Stephen Sirkin found Investigator Michael Hildreth guilty of planting spyware on a neighbor's computer.
