Intrusion Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: INTZ) , today announced that it has closed a $500,000 private placement of its Common Stock. In the private placement, the company sold 1,250,000 shares of common stock at a price of $0.40 per share, the price was based on the Company's Common Stock price at 110% of the average closing price per share for the twenty trading days ended on December 28, 2006.
